If you're not 100% satisfied with the results, simply contact our Customer Service department at (800) 953-1087 for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Then return it, including any accessories, in its original condition and packaging, and receive a full refund, less shipping and handling and assembly fees. Item must be received no later than 2 weeks after your return authorization is given.

Your order will be sent via the most efficient shipping method. If your order is shipped via motor-freight carrier, a delivery-service representative will contact you to arrange an appointment. If a motor-freight carrier delivers an item, the driver will unload it at or inside your door. Items difficult to move from the truck to your home may require assistance that you will need to provide.
