I just bought the Bowflex TreadClimber 3 weeks ago. At first I was really skeptical about any machine at all because I had dislocated and chipped my knee cap a while ago. Ever since then my knee just throbs after doing any kind of exercise at all, even just walking. But not with the TreadClimber! My knee feels great and doesn’t hurt at all after I’m done.
