* There is a one-time administration fee of $25 (does not apply to Quebec residents) and annual fee of $35. Such fee(s) will appear in your first monthly account statement. Annual interest rate is reduced to 9.9% and the minimum monthly payment is also reduced to 1.0% of the balance owing for the initial 12 months as long as the account remains in good standing.
